Editorial responsibility

SeoGeo Tech is published by the SeoGeo Tech Editorial Team. The team is responsible for the final content on the site, including articles, tools, examples, page descriptions, and policy pages. We use a team byline because this is an editorial publication rather than a personal social profile, but accountability should still be visible and easy to find.

The purpose of the site is educational and practical. We do not present the content as legal, financial, or professional consulting advice, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, or inclusion in any search feature. Search systems change, and individual results can vary by query, device, location, language, and time.

How topics are chosen

Topics are selected because they fit the site’s narrow focus: technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, AI-readable content, structured data, internal linking, metadata, Search Console analysis, and publishing workflows. A topic should help a reader understand a real implementation choice, not simply repeat a popular phrase.

Search Console queries, live page checks, and tool outputs may influence editorial planning, but they do not automatically become new pages. When several related queries point to the same intent, we prefer improving one strong source page over publishing overlapping articles. A separate article is created only when the search intent, reader task, or implementation context is meaningfully different.

Accuracy and sourcing

We avoid fabricated statistics, fake client stories, copied summaries without added value, and claims that cannot be explained. When guidance depends on public documentation, browser behavior, rendered HTML, schema output, or Search Console data, the article should provide enough context for a reader to understand how the conclusion was reached.

Some articles include links to official documentation, screenshots from SeoGeo Tech, source-code observations, or examples from the site’s own publishing process. These materials are used to support the explanation, not to overstate certainty. When a recommendation is based on editorial judgment, the page should make that clear through context instead of pretending the advice is a universal rule.

AI assistance

AI tools may be used to draft outlines, compare structure, test phrasing, review coverage, or speed up editing. They may also help identify missing sections, possible internal links, or unclear explanations. AI assistance does not replace editorial responsibility. The final page should be reviewed for accuracy, usefulness, and whether it matches the visible evidence.

We do not intentionally publish machine-generated filler, spun content, scraped material, or pages created only to capture keyword variations. If AI helps shape a page, the result still needs human review, topic fit, practical value, and a clear reason to exist on SeoGeo Tech.

Screenshots, examples, and data

Screenshots are used when they make a process, search result, Search Console report, or page check easier to understand. When a screenshot comes from SeoGeo Tech, the article should avoid exposing unnecessary private information. When a screenshot shows impressions, rankings, AI features, or search result displays, the article should explain the limits of that evidence.

For example, Search Console impressions can show that Google surfaced a page for a query, but they do not prove that the page ranks well for every user. A generative AI report can provide a visibility signal inside Google’s generative AI experiences, but it does not prove citations in other AI tools. These boundaries are important for reader trust.

Updates and corrections

If a material error is found, we update the page and, when appropriate, adjust the update date. We do not change article dates only to make older content look fresh. A date change should reflect a meaningful revision, such as corrected guidance, added examples, updated screenshots, improved technical checks, or a clearer explanation of limitations.

Readers can send corrections to [email protected]. Please include the page URL and the sentence, screenshot, code sample, or claim that needs review. Corrections that affect technical accuracy are prioritized over general suggestions.

Independence

Editorial conclusions should be based on practical usefulness, technical accuracy, and relevance to the site’s topic. Advertising or affiliate relationships, if introduced in the future, should not determine the editorial conclusion of a page. Sponsored content, if ever published, will be labeled.

SeoGeo Tech may apply for or use advertising services, including Google AdSense, but the presence of advertising does not change the site’s editorial standards. Pages should still provide original, useful content and a clear user experience before ads are considered.
